Terms and conditions of sale are deemed to apply to all orders received by Westgate (School Supplies, Business Equipment & Stationery) and all Customers, whether being in writing or verbal.

DEFINITION
All orders placed by Customers or any person of a Company or Organization shall comply with these terms and conditions of sale and are deemed as a contract between the parties.

TERMS OF TRADE

• Where credit terms have been offered to the customer, payment for all goods supplied must be made within 30 days of the date of the statement retaining to the goods delivered.
• For non-account customers, payment is due with order or on collection of goods
• The risk of all goods passes to the customer on delivery and the customer will indemnify the company for any damages, cost or losses of goods arising after delivery to the customer.
• All goods shall remain the property of Westgate until paid in full
• Westgate reserves the right to re-claim any goods which have not been paid in full within our terms
• Westgate reserves the right to withdraw or refuse credit to any customer at anytime

EXCHANGE OR RETURN

• Return of goods will not be accepted unless prior approval in writing has been given by Westgate
• Returns for credit must be made within 7 days and all goods shall be returned in original condition
• Where goods have been supplied by Westgate and we have agreed to accept return of those goods a service fee of 10% of the total value of goods will apply.
• Freight charges shall be paid by the customer for all goods returned, unless otherwise agreed by Westgate.
• No responsibility will be taken by Westgate, for any goods lost or damaged in transit while being returned for credit unless otherwise agreed.
• Special/Custom orders will not be accepted for return unless otherwise authorized by a Westgate representative

PRICING

All prices shown in Westgate’s price list are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to change, amend or update any prices as necessary. All goods and services supplied are subject to an additional charge for GST at the appropriate rate.

MINUMUM ORDER RREQUIREMENTS
Minimum order value for Free delivery is $150.00 for Sydney Metro areas. Country orders will be charged delivery at applicable rates or otherwise as agreed by Westgate. Orders under the minimum value will be charged a $10.00 delivery and handling fee to Sydney Metro and $20.00 for areas outside Sydney Metro.

Any special orders made will not be accepted for return.
